The terms, in plain English.
These are the starting terms we put in writing before anything launches.
- The split
- You get 60% of every sale price, figured before any fees. We pay every platform and payment fee out of our 40%, so we earn nothing unless you do.
- Cost to you
- Nothing, ever. We pay for the build, the tools and the store.
- Who runs it
- We do: the store, checkout, sales tax, delivery, refunds and every buyer email.
- Who writes it
- We write every question, answer and session from the source: the code book, the regulations, the race format. You can look it over as closely as you like before your name goes on it.
- Control
- Your name, your voice. Nothing goes live without your yes, and nothing changes after launch without it.
- Corrections
- Reported errors are fixed within 7 days, and every buyer gets the corrected copy.
- Getting paid
- Your share is credited at checkout on every sale and paid to your bank automatically on the store's regular payout schedule. You open one free payout account, about 10 minutes, and see every sale in your own dashboard.
- Your part
- Keep the link in your bio, post about it 4 times in the launch month, then mention it once a month. That's it.
- Leaving
- Either side can end it with 30 days' notice. The product comes down, and neither of us sells it without the other.

How do you make money if it's free for me?
From our 40% of sales. If nothing sells, we don't get paid, which is why we only build products we expect to sell.
What if a question or answer is wrong?
You or a buyer tells us, and we fix it within 7 days and send every buyer the corrected copy. You never have to handle it yourself.
Do I have to show my face or make new content?
No. Mention it in the videos and stories you already make and keep the link in your bio.
Do I have to set anything up?
One free payout account, so the store can pay you. It takes about 10 minutes, and it is the only account you open.
Who sets the price?
We set it together, based on what your audience already pays for similar products.
I already have sponsors. Is that a problem?
We check for conflicts on the first call. Nothing in our terms limits your other deals.
Is this exclusive?
Not for you. You can keep doing brand deals and selling your own things. We just won't sell this product without you.
Do I need to disclose that I earn from it?
Yes. Because you earn a share of sales, your posts say so clearly, as the FTC requires. We give you the wording.
